Lab grown diamonds

Lab grown diamonds, also known as manmade or synthetic diamonds, are chemically and physically identical to natural earth-mined diamonds, however they offer an environmentally conscious and ethical alternative. These diamonds are cultivated in a laboratory, using technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition and High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT). During the diamond-growing process, a seed diamond is placed in a chamber filled with a carbon-rich gas which is then heated and allowed to cool, crystallizing and growing into a small diamond.
